What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Merchandise in perfect saleable condition with the original receipt may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. Returns or exchanges must include the packaging..

A refund of the original purchase price may only be made in the same form of payment, currency, and country/region as the original purchase.

What are accepted payment methods?

How Do I Return or Exchange My Purchase?

Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores [except for specific retailers like Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, and Nordstrom].


Returns

• Register your return online or contact Client Services:
Register your return online by connecting to your My DORA account or by contacting Client Services at doraclothesofficial@gmail.com.

• Prepare your package:
Place your item in its original packaging along with the original receipt.

• Put the pre-paid label on your package:
Use the pre-paid label included in your order. Ensure you cover any old address labels and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.

• Deliver your package to UPS:
Drop off your package at any UPS store or pick-up location.


Exchanges

• Register your exchange online or contact Client Services:

  • For exchanges of the same style and price for a different color and/or size, register your exchange online by connecting to your My DORA account or by contacting Client Services at doraclothesofficial@gmail.com.

  • For all other exchanges, please call Client Services at doraclothesofficial@gmail.com.

• In-store exchanges:
Online purchases can be exchanged in stores, except at Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, and Nordstrom.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
  • Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.
