What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be in perfect, saleable condition and include the original packaging and receipt. A refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, and the refund will reflect the currency and country/region of the original transaction.

We strive to provide a variety of convenient payment options. You can make payments via credit or debit card (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and more), Apple Pay, or PayPal. Please ensure that the billing and shipping address provided are valid to ensure smooth processing.

How Do I Return or Exchange My Purchase?

For returns, simply begin by registering your return online through your My DORA account or by contacting our Client Services team at doraclothesofficial@gmail.com. Once registered, prepare your package by placing your item in its original packaging along with the original receipt. Then, apply the pre-paid return label included in your order, ensuring you cover any old address labels and securely seal the package with the adhesive strip provided. Finally, drop off your package at any UPS store or authorized pickup location.

For exchanges of the same style and price (different color and/or size), you can register your exchange online through your My DORA account or contact Client Services at doraclothesofficial@gmail.com. If your exchange is for a different item, please reach out to Client Services directly. Online purchases can also be exchanged in stores, with the exception of Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, and Nordstrom.

Our return and exchange policy allows for complimentary exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are in perfect and sellable condition. Original packaging, invoices, leaflets, and certificates must be included, and PayPal purchases may only be returned or exchanged at our online store for a full refund.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking your order is easy. Simply log into your account or refer to the shipping confirmation email you received once your order has been processed. Orders typically take 8 to 36 hours to process, and you will receive a confirmation email once your items are on their way.

Where Can I Get My Order Delivered?

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our exquisite collections reach you no matter where you are. Whether you're in the United States, Europe, Australia, Canada, or any other part of the world, DORA guarantees fast and reliable delivery. For destinations in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Canada, delivery takes between 1 to 5 days. For the rest of the world, shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 days.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. For those who need their items faster, express shipping is available for €29.99 and will deliver within 1 to 3 days to most locations around the world.
