How to Measure
- Length: Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the collar to the hem.
- Shoulder: Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the sleeve on one side to another side.
- Chest: Measure from the stitches below the armpits on one side to another.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the armhole to the cuff.

Payments

When placing your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the one associated with your payment method, as we will not be able to process orders without this verification. Shipping Fees & Timing
Orders placed before 23:00 will be shipped the same day, with delivery times ranging from 1-5 days to Europe, the USA, and Australia. For the rest of the world, delivery takes between 5-10 days. We offer worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are, we ensure your order arrives directly at your doorstep. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please be aware that certain zip codes may not be eligible for this service. Ensure your delivery address is correct and that you will be present to accept the package; if you are unable to receive it, the package will be stored at the nearest post office.
Express Delivery is available for a fee of 29.99 EUR, with a delivery time of 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri). Standard Delivery is free of charge, with a delivery time of 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri).
Important Notes
Please double-check that your delivery address is correct, as changes cannot be made after the order is placed. The city corresponding to the postal code must be entered in the "City" field. DORA will send you regular email updates regarding the status of your order.
Packaging
All products are shipped in neutral packaging, ensuring security and discretion. The items are gift-wrapped for your convenience, excluding calendar inserts.
Returns & Exchanges
To return an item, simply register your return online or through Client Services. Place the item in its original packaging, including the original receipt, and attach the pre-paid return label to the package, covering any old address labels.
For exchanges of the same style and price for a different color and/or size, you can register your exchange online. For all other exchanges, please contact Client Services.
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in perfect, resellable condition and in their original packaging. The original invoice, leaflets, and certificates must be included. Customers who export items are responsible for complying with export laws.
