Shipping Fees & Timing

Delivery Timing: Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 23:00, with delivery times ranging from 1-5 days to Europe, the USA, and Australia. For the rest of the world, delivery takes 5-10 days. We ship to every country worldwide.
Exceptions: Orders placed after the cutoff time or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Some zip codes may not be eligible for this service. Please ensure that the delivery address is where you will be present to accept the package. If you won't be able to pick the package, it will be stored in the nearest post office.

All products are shipped in neutral packaging, ensuring security and discreetness. They are gift-wrapped for your convenience, excluding calendar inserts.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

1. Register your return online or through Client Services.
2. Place the item in its original packaging, including the original receipt.
3. Attach the pre-paid return label to the package, covering any old address labels.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same style and price, you can register your exchange online. For all other exchanges, please contact Client Services.

Policy

Complimentary exchanges and returns within 30 days.
Items must be in perfect, resellable condition and in their original packaging.
Original invoice and certificates must be included.
Customers exporting items are responsible for complying with export laws.
